Highly recommended. 2021-01-09: Tweeked my back so i called in my go to therapist to sort out my problem areas 2021-01-05: I am using Jose's services since 2012 after I was in a car accident. After my regular physio appointments I went for a massage from Jose or any of her available staff. To be honest, I never looked forward to physio sessions as much as the massage thereafter! I was guaranteed that I will feel sore for some days after the massage but I would be pain free for the rest of the week. I had a stroke in February 2020. I opted again to make use of Jose's services and needless to say, she assisted me a lot to regain some of my normal physical capabilities. If I could, I would have a massage everyday with Jose. Yesterday, she gave me a another excellent massage! Thanks to the very good relationship I have build up with her over the years, it will be very difficult to even try a different therapist - almost like betrayal!
